Reviews & Reputation

The tiebreaker on every local search.

Two companies rank side by side. One has 214 reviews at 4.9 and answers every one. The other has 38 at 4.2 and has not replied since 2023. The phone call is not going to be a coin flip.

Reviews are a ranking input, not just a trust signal

Count, average, velocity, recency and keyword content all feed local prominence. A business that adds eight reviews a month outranks one that added forty all at once two years ago, and Google can tell the difference.

  • The ask goes out automatically when the job closes, by text, because that is what gets answered.
  • Timing is tuned to the trade — a same-day plumbing call and a six-week remodel do not get asked at the same moment.
  • Every review gets a response, including the bad ones, in your voice and within a day.
  • Monitoring across Google, Facebook and the industry directories that matter in your trade.

What we will not do

We do not buy reviews, gate them, or filter unhappy customers out of the ask. Every one of those gets businesses suspended, and a suspended profile costs more than every review it ever bought.

Handling the bad one

One-star reviews are survivable and often useful. A calm, specific, non-defensive reply from the owner does more for the next reader than the review did against you. We draft it, you approve it, it goes up the same day.

How many reviews do you need?

Usually more than the business currently in position one, arriving faster than theirs. The free audit tells you exactly what that number is in your market.

What is the map pack and why do you talk about it so much?
The map pack is the three local businesses Google shows with a map above the regular results. On a phone it can occupy the entire first screen, so for near me and service-plus-city searches it is the front page. Ranking there depends on proximity, relevance and prominence, which is a different discipline than classic SEO.
How do you report results?
One monthly report in plain English: where you ranked, where you rank now, how many calls and form fills came in, which pages drove them, and what we are doing next month. Plus a live dashboard you can open any day.
Will you work with my competitor down the street?
No. We take one client per service category per market. If we are ranking your roofing company in your metro, we turn away the next roofer who calls from the same area.
How long until I am on the front page of Google?
For lower-competition local terms, first-page movement in 60 to 90 days is typical. Competitive metro terms and high-ticket services usually take six to nine months of consistent work. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is either buying you a paid ad or selling you keywords nobody searches.
